Send in Your History

The Collections Department and the Robert R. McCormick Research Center continually seek artifact donations to accurately and comprehensively reflect the history of the 1st Infantry Division from 1917 to present day. In addition to World War I and World War II, we are especially interested in Cold War, Vietnam, Balkans, Gulf War, and Desert Storm-related artifacts. Such objects, particularly when well-documented, help to tell the story of the Big Red One. If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to ask.
