This pennant was presented to the 1st Infantry Division band by Major General LuLan and the Vietnamese 10th Infantry Division. The front side has the First Division insignia with a musician’s symbol and the insignia of the Vietnamese 10th Infantry Division. The words “Huon Loc Vietnam January 14th 1966” are embroidered in blue. The reverse side is embroidered with: “Presented to The 1st Division Band Concert as a token of our appreciation & gratitude. Major General LuLan and all the officers and men of the 10th Inf. Div.”
